The Management Team is responsible for the organizational management, administration and project coordination for all the work we do at PSF.

Overall Responsibility: To assume responsibility for the deployment, and make directive decisions that impact the whole organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Term of Employment: A Minimum stay of 12 months.
Qualifications and Experience:

- To represent Pisco Sin Fronteras in a professional manner.
- To manage and be accountable for all administrative staff, and hold interviews for vacancy applicants.
- Whilst there is no need to be intimately involved with all aspects of daily operations, the Director should have sufficient insight to make any decisions that impact them.
- To make the final decisions on all financial and budget issues.
- To make decisions that fall outside of Management staff authority.
- To hold regular meetings with other members of the Management team, to receive updates on operations and oversee performance.

Financial Manager
Overall Responsibility: To manage the financial affairs of Pisco Sin Fronteras and to produce financial information.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Term of Employment: A Minimum stay of 3 months. No salary but lodging, breakfast and dinner will be provided.
Qualifications and Experience:
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To manage day to day incoming money and outgoing expenses. This involves giving money to volunteers, receiving receipts for outgoing expenditures, and receiving money from volunteer donations and contributions.
- Initially, to input all incoming and outgoing transactions onto the accounts excel spreadsheets every week to the allocated fund, and to review totals for each fund every week.
- Each month to submit all receipts to our Peruvian accountant for tax purposes.
- To produce yearly and quarterly financial statements with relevant notes to assist management with decision making.
- Also to liaise with our fiscal sponsor concerning online donations that they have received on our behalf. The job will require at least 4 days in the office each week depending on how you choose to manage your time, and you will need to be available for at least an hour each morning to hand out and receive money.
Term of Employment: A Minimum stay of 3 months. No salary but lodging, breakfast and dinner will be provided.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Financial Accounting preferable but not essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Spanish speaker preferred but not essential.

Project Managers
Overall Responsibility: Ensure all projects have the tools, materials, trained volunteers and support needed to be successfully executed.
Key areas of responsibility:

Qualifications and Experience:

- Direct involvement in the Site Assessment of all potential projects to ensure understanding and general awareness of all family situations.
- Liaise with families and suppliers involved in each project.
- Find a solution to issues that may arise during the life of a project.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinator to make sure PSF resources (volunteers, tools, truck, machineries etc.) are available to support each project.

Tools Manager
Overall Responsibility: Maintaining the tools and equipment of PSF. Ensuring that projects have the tools they need and that volunteers are properly trained to use them.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Term of Employment: A Minimum stay of 3 months. No salary but lodging, breakfast and dinner will be provided.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Maintenance of existing tools, including the truck
- Purchasing new equipment as needed
- Coordinating technical support for projects
- Coordinating volunteer tools training
- Site Safety and safety training
Term of Employment: A Minimum stay of 3 months. No salary but lodging, breakfast and dinner will be provided.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A basic knowledge of the tools and equipment we use is essential
- The ideal candidate has experience in construction or a related profession as well as experience on site with PSF
- The Tools Manager should aim to improve the quality and range of equipment available to the volunteers. PSF will also expect solutions to practical problems as they arise.

Volunteer Coordinator
Overall Responsibility: A general HR role, recruiting and managing all new and current volunteers
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Term of Employment: A Minimum stay of 3 months. No salary but lodging, breakfast and dinner will be provided.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Ensuring enough volunteers are being recruited and managing that process.
- Maintaining the volunteer databases
- Using the databases to compile contributions sheet, skills sheets etc....
- New volunteers orientation
- Help deal with day to day volunteer issues

Administration Manager
Overall Responsibility: To manage the administrative affairs of Pisco Sin Fronteras and assist other members of the Administration team where necessary.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Term of Employment: A Minimum stay of 3 months. No salary but lodging, breakfast and dinner will be provided.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Merchandise sales and orders
- Checking emails daily, allocating them to the correct areas and ensuring they are responded to.
- Taking minutes at management meetings and creating meeting agendas
- Website updates and maintenance
- Oversee and assist (if necessary) other members of the Administration team.
- Filing, organization and backing up of all office work
- Any other administration matters that arise

Qualifications and Experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Spanish speaker preferable but not essential.
- Able to take on responsibility and be part of a management team.
Other Supervisory Roles
As well as the Administrative Staff, Pisco Sin Fronteras also has a small team of supervisors who assist in our operations. These roles are only part time, and the supervisors fulfill their responsibilities outside of normal volunteering hours, therefore they can still work on site.

Overall Responsibility: To maintain the truck, keep it clean and in good working order, and to work with the Project Managers on the truck schedule.
Key Areas of Responsibility:

Qualifications and Experience:

- To keep the truck in good working order (monitor tyres, fluid levels etc.), and ensure it is safe for use by drivers and passengers.
- To keep the truck topped up with Biodiesel.
- To schedule the truck for work site drop-offs and pick-ups.
- To recruit new drivers, and carry out a basic driving check.
- To drive volunteers and equipment to sites whenever available.
- To record materials picked up and delivered to project sites.
Term of Employment: A minimum stay of 1 month.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Clean driver's license, with at least 5 years driving experience.
- Basic knowledge of car mechanics; ability to perform routine maintenance.
Biodiesel Manager
Overall Responsibility: To manage, and ensure the safe operation of our biodiesel reactor.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Term of Employment: A minimum stay of 3 months.
Qualifications and Experience:
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To collect used vegetable oil from local restaurants and order required reactants.
- To complete the biodiesel reaction and quality controls to produce useable biodiesel for our truck.
- To ensure safety precautions are strictly followed and any reactants are stored properly.
- To plan for prodution of biodiesel on a larger scale its commercial sale.
Term of Employment: A minimum stay of 3 months.
Qualifications and Experience:
- No previous experience of biodiesel manufacture required.
- Some plumbing skills (for routine maintenance of equipment) preferable.
Kitchen Manager
Overall Responsibility: To maintain the Kitchen and keep it clean and usable.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Term of Employment: A minimum stay of 1 month.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Ensure that the kitchen is being properly cleaned and health precautions being followed.
- To help other volunteers cook breakfast and dinner as required and check that the food is being properly prepared.
- To keep levels of cleaning supplies and staple foods topped up.
- Repair broken utensils and buy replacement cutley and crockery etc.
Term of Employment: A minimum stay of 1 month.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to cook a range of meals and cater for people with food allergies.
Health Officer
Overall Responsibility: Responsible for assisting volunteers with basic medical issues and helping them get medical assistance when needed.

Term of Employment: A minimum stay of 1 month.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Check in with all PSF volunteers who are sick, and help them get medical assistance if needed
- Maintain the House First Aid kit
- Identify health issues to PSF volunteers and work with management staff to mitigate them/improve conditions
- Coordinate with the Tools Manager in maintaining work-site first aid kits and monitoring the accident report book
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in keeping the kitchen/cooking process healthier
- Make health related announcements at the morning meeting as needed

Qualifications and Experience:
- Ideally some medical training -- medicine, nursing, first-aid training, CPR
