Baby Norma Noelia is a beautiful little baby who was born into poverty. Her family lived in a home made of straw and a dirt floor that was making her suffer from chest infections. Pisco Sin Fronteras has since built a wooden modular home for her and her family with a concrete floor.

Baby Norma was born with an imperforate anus, thus has a colostomy bag wherein she defecates. This surgery has left her with a large open wound.  She is underweight and malnourished, therefore the doctors cannot operate on her until she is healthy enough to do so. We are currently following a diet plan recommended by a paediatrician in order that she can be examined for the operation.

Unfortunately, the family simply cannot afford to feed her and pay for the operation, which is why we're asking for your support.
